Hatha Yoga lessons. The word Yoga means to join,
unite and balance. There are several branches of Yoga. In Hatha Yoga, we use different
movements (asanas) to
harmonize the body by stretching all its muscles in a scientific and balanced way giving it an unprecedented surge of vital energy.
Special attention is given to
breathing (prana, or chi, or vital energy in our bodies) which leads the practitioner to achieve a
mental state of peace and harmony.
